Cooking Matcha (Powder - 100 g)
This fine matcha is made from first flush leaves that are of a lower grade than those used for premium matcha. It is great for cooking, smoothies, green tea matcha lattes, but can be consumed as a less-expensive matcha tea though it's flavor is slightly bitter and it is less creamy and complex than the Premium Matcha.
There are two options available: airtight 100g can and refill 100g bag. The airtight can keeps the matcha fresh and is easy to use. The airtight can container is reusable and you can keep it to refill matcha from the 100g bag.
Cultivar: Okumidori, Saemidori, Yabukita (blend)
Region: Hoshino Seicha-en, Fukuoka Prefecture
- Tea: 2 gm or 1 tsp
- Water: 60-70 mL (1/4 cup) at 80 °C
- Steep: Whisk in hot water to a froth or use a bottle with the lid and shake it
