This premium ceremonial grade matcha made from first flush, hand picked tencha is the third highest grade from Yoshida Meich-en. Two tea cultivars: Samidori and Ujihikari, are used for this fine matcha, a specialty of the Uji region. Roasted spinach aroma, a rich cacao with umami flavour and a full-bodied finish.

Water: 70-100 mL at 80 °C
Steep: Whisk in hot water to a froth
