This third flush certified organic bancha is made from fall picked sencha tea leaves and is steamed, not roasted. It is low in caffeine and high in catechins and has a wet hay aroma, roasted soy bean flavour and sharp finish.

Tea: 6 g or 2 tbsp
Water: 250-300 mL at 100 °C
Steep: 30 sec.
To make cold brewed tea
Tea: 2 g or 1 tbsp
Water: 500 mL (2 cups) at room temperature
Steep: 2-6 hours in the fridge
