This delicately roasted houjicha is made from the best quality, first flush sencha stems. A beautiful whisky color, roasted barley aroma, caramel sweetness with slightly salty flavour and a balanced finish.

Tea: 5 g or 2 tbsp
Water: 300 mL at 95-100 °C
Steep: 30 sec.
To make cold brewed tea
Tea: 5 g or 2 tbsp
Water: 500 mL (2 cups) at room temperature
Steep: 2-6 hours to in the fridge
