High grade, hand-picked leaves are used for this fine first flush, premium ceremonial grade matcha, a specialty of the Yame region. It meets the high standards of Japanese tea ceremony masters. Nutty, cacao aroma with a balanced umami flavour and creamy finish. No bitterness.
