High quality Japanese certified organic matcha from the Yame region in Fukuoka. This medium grade ceremonial matcha has a wet grass aroma, astringent, slightly bitter, rich vegetal flavour and a refreshing, dry finish. This is one of the best organic ceremonial grade matcha teas.
