A first flush organic sencha from the region’s signature Yutakamidori cultivar is blended with roasted local organic brown rice and organic matcha powder to produce this flavourful genmaicha tea with matcha. Roasted rice cracker aroma blends with a flavour that carries notes of soya sauce and roasted kale with a smooth finish. It has a beautiful green colour from matcha powder.

Tea: 6 g or 1 tbsp
Water: 300 mL at 90 °C
Steep: 40-60 sec.
To make cold brewed tea
Tea: 10 g or 1.5 tbsp
Water: 500 mL (2 cups) at room temperature
Steep: 2-6 hours in the fridge
