This special award winning Japanese black tea is limited in production. It is a first flush tea that has a sweet, floral, woodsy aroma, fruity, lightly astringent, bold flavour and a bright finish.

To make hot tea
Tea: 3 g or 1 tbsp
Water: 300 mL at 100 °C
Steep: 3 min.
To make cold brewed tea
Tea: 6 g or 2 tbsp
Water: 500 mL (2 cups) at room temperature
Steep: 2-6 hourso in the fridge. t
