Grown at high altitude (600m) in the mountains of Gokase, Miyazaki prefecture, Kyushu. An award-winning, second flush organic black tea with a fruity, woody aroma with notes of coconut, mild woody flavour with apple notes and a crisp, minty finish.

Tea: 3 g or 1 tbsp
Water: 300 mL at 100 °C
Steep: 3 min.
To make cold brewed tea
Tea: 6 g or 2 tbsp
Water: 500 mL (2 cups) at room temperature
Steep: 2-6 hours in the fridge
