A gorgeous day in October - sunny and hot! My special green tea "Gyokuro" smoothie – so refreshing and delicious!
Just put Gyokuro tea leaves (after you brewed the tea), banana, apple, orange, kiwifruit, kale, lemon juice and some iced cube in a blender and mix them. This will be a great way to start your day for breakfast – steeping green tea is good but here is another way to drink Japanese green tea. Plus you can reuse green tea leaves – bonus!
